Christen Salvatico was especially sensitive to my wife's needs which were complicated by knee problems. While they followed USAA's figures on price, the trade-in on my car was insultingly low. I almost walked away from any further negotiations. I am now selling to a wholesaler at twice Anderson's figure. However Eddie Nuttall was very helpful wrapping up the sale. More
