ALL the paperwork was ready to go on Mark's desk. He answered my questions and walked me through everything. Since my exterior/interior color combination Corolla was not available on the lot, Mark & Don located one in Jacksonville. Two days later I drove off in exactly the Corolla I wanted. best decision of 2014 After weeks into months of searching for the perfect fit for me, I decided to pop in Fred Anderson to see what my options could be. I sat down with Julia and we began to discuss what I wanted/needed, and in no time she had me test driving different RAV4's. PERFECT!!! Now to decided what one I really wanted. So, Julia pointed out all the pros and cons of each vehicle for me (i had 3 in mind) within the hour I had decided on the 2012 RAV4. I could not be happier. Happy with Julia and Toyota in a whole. The finance department went above and beyond to get my payments where I wanted and still able to have all the warranties that i desired, Jason, a manager with Fred Anderson, has my little heart. He was so kind and willing to do whatever needed to be done to make my experience as pleasant as possible. I cannot wait to go back to get my oil changed just to say hi!!!
