And yet, Brian Glasshof was able to gain our confidence and win our trust, and managed to sell us a quality vehicle at a fair price. Honesty and value go a long way in our book, and my husband, James and I , feel that is what Brian Glasshof delivered the day he sold us our 2011 Tacoma pick-up truck. My husband has bought Ford vehicles for over 40 years and this is his first Toyota. That, in itself, is quite a feat. More

He presents himself if a non-threatening manner (which is helpful being a female)and appears to "really" care about his client. This gentleman not only helped me to achieve my goal of obtaining a car (since my vehicle had been totaled in a car wreck), but also made sure that the vehicle I chose was best fitted for me. The best question he asked was "which car do you love?". This approach is by far the most successful for female patrons (we do change our minds alot!). Thank you Brian for making the purchase of my Toyota Corolla a pleasant experience. Due to this salesman's kind and gentle manner, I will be a repeat Toyota customer. More
