Car is Great, Quality of service Not So Much Perhaps the problems started when I asked the saleswoman who she was. I had spoken to another woman and did not want to be cutting the first woman off Perhaps the problems started when I asked the saleswoman who she was. I had spoken to another woman and did not want to be cutting the first woman off, from a possible sale, because the second woman had called. I was given the explanation from the second woman, Alexia, that the first woman (Lauren?) was in the internet department. Maybe the problem came from me telling Alexia to stop call me 'Sweetie'. As I explained to her, I understand the whole southern, pet-name thing, but the relationship was not personal, it was supposed to be professional and I was probably old enough to be her grandmother, not her Sweetie. But wherever they started, the problems certainly were there, and still are present. I had some reluctance in the final decision because of the lack of pre-owned certification on the dealer's part and that I Iived in another state. After my husband had several conversations with people in the dealership, he felt comfortable making the purchase. He sets to work at making this final decision and delivery of the car as a surprise for me, to be delivered on Valentine's Day, telling Alexia and all involved this would be a surprise. Do not call me. Do not email me. Fat chance of that happening as there were phone calls by Alexia and emails to my address instead of my husband's. Two days before my bright red car was supposed to arrive in my driveway the surprise was completely blown. Then when the car arrives, my name is not on the paperwork anywhere. My husband was asked to send my DL info, which he did, but that did not seem to be good enough to put my name on the paperwork. Nevermind the fact that I started the entire sale process to begin with. So we send Alexia back to NC with our money and all the paperwork to get straightened out. Last week I hear from Alexia, asking me if I have gotten the paperwork? That did not seem very professional but whatever, no, 10 days after she left here with our check, no we still had not received any paperwork. Now it is March 7th, the car was delivered on February 14th. We sent a cashier's check and to date do not have any paperwork on my car. The temporary tags expire in about 10 days and I have nothing to get my VA plates with. So what are we supposed to do? She said it was being sent by land mail when she called. Nothing has been delivered. Final comment: The awful detailing product used as a fragrance in my car is almost unbearable, and I do not have allergies. I still have to drive with the windows open. Tomorrow I will make a second purchase to attempt to reduce some of the smell. I am not certain how you get away with using such strong chemicals. More

Great service & timely follow up When my routine appointment revealed the need for some additional repairs, Julian went above & beyond to secure a rental car for me. He kept me updated on the progress & even offered to drop off my vehicle. Two days later when I noticed a loose plastic part, the replacement part was ordered & installed quickly & at no additional cost. We will definitely return for future service! More
