That bit of friendliness prompted me to turn 'thinking about getting a new car' into 'I'm going to get a new car'. There were interesting sights to be seen on the test drive and the company was easy to negotiate with for the price I wanted to pay. Going over the finance with Jason was enjoyable as he appreciated when I picked out peculiarities in the wording of the contracts, especially why a touchscreen gets a mile-based warranty. Most of all you get to ring a cow bell when you get your new car; worth every penny. More
