Courtney was very friendly and professional. I explained how I had recently visited another car dealership and they had lied to me. They also insulted me with an offer on my trade-in vehicle. Courtney reassured me she was going to be up front and honest the entire time. She showed me the vehicle I was inquiring about and made a very fair offer on my trade-in vehicle. I do not have time for all the haggling and back and forth. My time is precious so all worked as fast as they could to get me in and out. The whole process took less than 3 hours and I walked out of there with a new car and they even transferred my plates for me. More
