I had been taking my bmw that I purchased from there, to get serviced for last 3 yrs and not to much of a problem and then made appointment brought it out and waited 3 hours to only be told they couldn't d get serviced for last 3 yrs and not to much of a problem and then made appointment brought it out and waited 3 hours to only be told they couldn't do it because didn't have big enough wrench. As I was told the boy said that and turned walked off like o well. No apology or have a nice day or anything. O well. Last time I waste time there More

Kyle James was outstanding taking care of our van’s 20000 mile checkup. He went over everything with us that they had done. The tires were bad so I had them put new ones on.
