Great service as usual I have a 2013 Tacoma that has 40k miles on it. The tires are not worn to the wear indicators but the service folks recommended replacement due to the I have a 2013 Tacoma that has 40k miles on it. The tires are not worn to the wear indicators but the service folks recommended replacement due to the age of the tires and some signs of dry-rot. The tires have a date code of 2011 so they are 7 years old - a key indicator they needed close inspection. The service folks at Toyota of Sanford did the right thing and recommended replacement. I took their recommendation and put new "shoes" on the truck. I don't want to have a tire come apart at 75 MPH on US 1. Safety first! Jimmy gave me a ride to a nearby store so I didn't get wet walking in the pouring down rain! Great teamwork. More

Unusually long wait time. Awful service. Came in for just an oil change and nothing else and I didn't get out of there until 1pm! My arrival time was around 10am. Have been go Awful service. Have been going here since we moved to Sanford 4 years go and never experienced this and am seriously considering going elsewhere because it was an unreasonable amount of time to wait. Plus, my car went dead when I was up in Cary two days later. It is now at an auto repair shop and I am without a car. The man at the repair shop, after it was towed, fooled a round with a couple of things and got it started. I am not a "happy camper". More
