This could have gone on without notice from me, after all that's why I take my car to the shop for oil changes. But the fantastic mechanic of Fred Anderson Toyota in Sanford NC caught that leak - furthermore - Kyle informed me it was covered under the warranty, so he gave me a loaner car and sent me on my way then called when the car was all repaired. Great salesman...not so great finance manager We recently purchased a used Toyota from Fred Anderson Toyota of Sanford. Our sales agent was very friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. The finance We recently purchased a used Toyota from Fred Anderson Toyota of Sanford. Our sales agent was very friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. The finance manager (Eddie) was extremely rude to our sales agent in front of us and made us wait over for an hour to close our deal the day that we were picking up our car (all of the paperwork was complete). The finance manager tried to blame our sales agent for the wait, but we witnessed our sales agent tell the finance manager that we were ready to close the deal. The finance manager responded by walking away saying that he had a meeting. Apparently, the finance manager was not happy with our decision to finance through our bank and refuse all extended warranty coverage. Our sales agent (Robert) was excellent. The same cannot be said as to our experience with Eddie. Eddie was extremely rude and condescending towards Robert in front of customers. Eddie was very unprofessional. My wife and I are both Christians and we don’t believe that anyone should be spoken to the way that Eddie spoke to Robert. It didn’t seem to bother Robert at all; however, it bothered my wife and I very much. Luke 6:31 More
