The order said don't wash my car because the car wash always bends my front vanity plate, it gets washed regardless. Mr. White did say they would pay for it if I got another one. I was promptly greeted in service this visit by Kyle but I've been bringing the car there for 2 years and the previous company Toyota for a year before that. It doesn't matter whether it's Kyle, Chan, Paula or any member of the service staff, they're always friendly, efficient, keep me informed of any developments and the potential cost. They offer honest assessment of what might can wait with no pressure on me and let me know what really should be dealt with promptly. I always use the shuttle service so I can tend to other business while the car is in service and Jimmy has to be the kindest, most sincere driver ever as well as being safe, prompt and professional. As a single female, I hate dealing with "car stuff" but they always make it a pleasant experience right down to Ms. Loyd in checkout. More
