Good experience, need to know your numbers when there. We saw a great deal on a 2018 RAV 4 Hybrid. When we got there, it was fortunate we had the original email as the priced changed twice, upward. Probably not------- Driver visor had broken the day before my service. I mentioned it. Report to me was that it cost $200 plus----did not have one in stock. When I got home, looked up on internet. Toyota 2013 highlanders have had trouble with this, Toyota is replacing them because they don't want highlander customers to be upset. Sooooooooooo------- I went to Jacobson Toyota next day. Service man looked at my vin, said it was under warrenty,asked if I wanted it done then and I said yes, please. And in about 25 minutes, I was driving out. How would you feel if the dealer WHO SOLD YOU THIS TOYOTA TREATED YOU LIKE YOU DID ME???????? More

I will be honest about one thing, when I shop for a new or used vehicle I always go to the one that can make it happen and that is Wade, he is super friendly and he is also a Veteran. Not Happy After two services, I had to point out to one of the service crew that after two services that my front tires were worn on the inside indicating the t After two services, I had to point out to one of the service crew that after two services that my front tires were worn on the inside indicating the tow in was not adjusted properly. The service paperwork only showed that who ever inspected the tires, only check the depth of the tread. I know my vehicle tires are about max out on the mileage, and are near replacement, but the extreme wear on the inner tires should have been caught. More

When I asked a question she couldn't answer, she immediately put me in touch with someone who could provide the answer, The financing was fast, easy to obtain, and the sales manager (Wade Berard) and financial guy (Eddie Seals) worked with me to find a plan that worked for my budget. I found EXACTLY the car I wanted with all of my chosen options and it was delivered over 2 hours from their dealership at no charge by the NICEST young man, Chris Testa. He offered to program the radio for me, set me up in the car and explained every detail of the nice features it offers and offered help me move my extensive luggage into the vehicle. The car even came with 3 months of free Sirius Radio, even as a used vehicle! I was able to conduct almost all of the transactions by email and text, which works well for me (although the sales manager (Wade Berard) sent me an email video of himself as an introduction so I could put a face with a name...who does THAT?! I loved it!). Everyone was friendly and helpful and the price beat anything I could have found up here in Northern Virginia by thousands of dollars. I'm very satisfied with my car, the transaction, and the amenities, but the service and options offered by Fred Anderson's Sanford dealership are beyond anything I ever have grown to expect from car dealerships. Who would have thought that car buying could be a pleasant experience and that I would not feel that anyone was trying to "pull one over on me" like I did up in my home area!! They offered a long term maintenance program at a discount, too, but I live too far away to take advantage of that nice deal. All-in-all, I was deeply impressed that there are still car salesfolks in the world that are genuinely caring and work to please the customer successfully. More

My search for a 2019 Land cruiser was found with FA with no hassles and the trade in deal was extremely fair. I was so pleased that just a few short weeks later I returned and purchased another brand new vehicle. This time it was a 2019 Toyota Tundra 1794. I could not have been more satisfied with that purchase. They went above and beyond my expectations by delivering my new vehicle to my house and transporting back the trade in vehicle.
