Not Happy After two services, I had to point out to one of the service crew that after two services that my front tires were worn on the inside indicating the t After two services, I had to point out to one of the service crew that after two services that my front tires were worn on the inside indicating the tow in was not adjusted properly. The service paperwork only showed that who ever inspected the tires, only check the depth of the tread. I know my vehicle tires are about max out on the mileage, and are near replacement, but the extreme wear on the inner tires should have been caught. More

Frustrated and disappointed Although the person who helped us was polite and helpful, we went in to get two lights replaced, which cost less than $100.. But with all the recommended work performed, our total bill was over $1,900. Although we agreed to the specific work that was done, I found myself wondering later if all of it was really necessary. Second, my wife mentioned a "soft knocking noise" when the car was idling. According to our bill, they were unable to duplicate the noise, and "the engine sounds normal." But we were charged $143.75 for labor, even though no work of any kind was done on this problem. That cost seems totally out of line to me. Furthermore, when I called to speak to our technician for an explanation, he was unavailable. I was told he would call me back, but he did not. I called again the next day, and again he was with another customer. But I was told that he would receive another message to call me. I'm still waiting for that return call. More
Customer service was great, actual service not so much. The customer service aspect of the dealership was great. The actual service to my vehicle was spotty. Truly disappointed considering how much I pay for the services. Just be sure you check your car out well before driving away too far. More

Little disappointed I truly enjoyed my first service appointment and when the time they told me every time I was checking out very, very professional wonderful service. H I truly enjoyed my first service appointment and when the time they told me every time I was checking out very, very professional wonderful service. However the next J after my service appointment which was an oil change and a tire rotation when is my tires blessings seeded correctly am I tire pressure was not holding. Find the closest service station to ask if this was something due to maybe what they had done that is when I found out that it wasn't seeded properly I had no idea what that meant but the girl on the phone told me to take it to a tire dealership and have them fix it which ended up costing me money although not a lot of money it was still money out of my pocket but I don't feel like I should have had to dealing with so how'd the service taking their time to make sure that everything was going okay before I got on the road and drove I wouldn't have this issue. And I am thankful that they told me to go get it fixed however if I was born on the road and something when it happened listen very upset and I don't know a lot about cars or tired so I really didn't understand what was wrong. With a car we only have 5000 miles on it I was a little disappointing. More
