These other dealerships were wanting me to buy cars with fairly obvious problems that I pointed out to them after I test drove them. Unfortunately, these dealerships were in a huge state of denial After hearing basically the same excuses, I went to Fred Anderson on Glenwood Avenue to the preowned lot. Mike Toy is a wonderful person to deal with for a used vehicle. I had many questions which he answered for me, and if he did not know he asked someone else. The sale was smooth and organized. Although I had to go back to the lot a few times to straighten out details he stood by his word during the sale. They go to great lengths to try to please customers. More

Poor service; didn't advise of problems during inspection Went in for routine 15,000 mile inspection under warranty. They said they "cleaned" the cabin filter. They dusted it off and installed upside down blowing bad odors back into cabin! I personally inspected filter when I took it back in for second time. It was absolutely filthy!!! Incompetent. It should have immediately been brought to my attention! I'll NEVER go back. More
