Stellar experience saw a car online that interested me, messaged the dealership, Crystal (i think that was the name of the internet sales representative) got right back saw a car online that interested me, messaged the dealership, Crystal (i think that was the name of the internet sales representative) got right back to me, then found the car, set it aside on hold for me until i got there...when my wife and i arrived, i saw the car and immediately stopped to look at it, was then within a minute, met by Keith...we went inside, talked about everything, test drove it and was very happy with it. Keith was very friendly and helpful and it was a very pleasant experience dealing with him...albeit, this was only a used car (2007), he was more than willing to spend as long as it took for my wife and i to decide, and we did buy the car on the spot, drove it home that night. the next time i am in the market for a car, Keith will be my first call :) More

AMAZING Customer Service! I went in to purchase a new WRX and left very disappointed. The following day it seemed like I had everybody in management trying to help me get this I went in to purchase a new WRX and left very disappointed. Tom himself called me and said he could get me to where I wanted to be and this was when I was over $120 away from my desired payment. Tom and his team went ABOVE and BEYOND to help me out!!
