The estimated time was 4 to 5 hours and we received the call that the car was ready in just over 4 hours. Emergency My Auto button came on and then the engine light. I immediately pulled over and called your service department. After a few questions, they told me I could continue to drive but bring the car so they could check it out. When I called for an appointment later that afternoon, they told me they were 2 weeks out. I explained that I didn't want to drive my car with the engine light on, Keith Hopkins explained that he would try to work me in, but, it would not be a next day turnaround. They found out it was my car battery was bad not the Auto battery and but also the third injector had trouble. When I had pulled over the car had done some jerking, I guess that must have been associated with the 3rd injector. All the work was still under warranty. I am very thankful for the work they performed and how they handled my situation. One of the reason I purchased my jeep from you is because of your service department. They had done some work on my other jeep which I didn't purchase from you, but the professionalism was excellent. I promised myself I wouldn't forget when time came for me to purchase another jeep! I am a "jeep girl" so the Service Deparment is very important to me!!!!! More
