I told them my budget and thought I would have to get a used vehicle. They have me driving a 2019 Jeep Latitude. I traded in a Jeep so I am happy that I still drive a Jeep. The estimated time was 4 to 5 hours and we received the call that the car was ready in just over 4 hours. This didn't surprise us because we have enjoyed the great service for over two years almost as much as the Jeep itself which is just past 42,000 miles with no problems. More

Emergency My Auto button came on and then the engine light. I immediately pulled over and called your service department. After a few questions, they told me I could continue to drive but bring the car so they could check it out. When I called for an appointment later that afternoon, they told me they were 2 weeks out. I explained that I didn't want to drive my car with the engine light on, Keith Hopkins explained that he would try to work me in, but, it would not be a next day turnaround. They found out it was my car battery was bad not the Auto battery and but also the third injector had trouble. When I had pulled over the car had done some jerking, I guess that must have been associated with the 3rd injector. All the work was still under warranty. I am very thankful for the work they performed and how they handled my situation. One of the reason I purchased my jeep from you is because of your service department. They had done some work on my other jeep which I didn't purchase from you, but the professionalism was excellent. I promised myself I wouldn't forget when time came for me to purchase another jeep! I am a "jeep girl" so the Service Deparment is very important to me!!!!! More
