Unbelievable commitment to service! I was never a Dodge fan. Have always have at least fifty vehicles in my corporate fleet, never a Dodge. Recently, I bought a Ram 3500 as my personal I was never a Dodge fan. Have always have at least fifty vehicles in my corporate fleet, never a Dodge. Recently, I bought a Ram 3500 as my personal vehicle. During the recent storm, I was plowing when the lower reverse gear clutch burned up. During the storm the dealership was closed. I called a transmission shop and spoke to the owner. He told me Dodge would not stand behind the warranty because of the plow. I was sickened until Monday AM when Fred Frederick of Easton opened. I told the entire story to Jeff Frederick and asked if he would stand behind the transmission. Jeff answered me by asking a question. Jeff asked, why I thought he would not stand behind the transmission? I told him because the transmission shop told me he wouldn't. Jeff put everyone of my concerns to rest. He told me he is so confident in the transmission and truck that he doubted that I could have done anything to hurt the transmission. He said they have so few transmission problems that he wasn't even able to guess what went wrong; but, he said he would certainly take care of it no questions asked. He called me Tuesday to give me an update. He called me Thursday to say it was ready, but if I gave him another day, he would have it detailed and seal the paint. Friday, I received a call to pick up my newly detailed, sealed, and repaired truck. Oh yeh, Jeff mentioned that a seal tore causing the problem. He said he thought that would never happen again. He went on to tell me that should we get no more snow this year, and something happens again next year, I should not worry because he will cover that transmission without any problem. I never had such a level of care and responsive service. This is why I ranked them EXCELLENT. More

I contacted Charlie and made an appointment for the next day. On my way home from work, I stopped by the lot and was looking at the the different trucks and Charlie was working that evening, so we talked about the deal a little and settled on the appointment. Dealing with Charlie was easy and had very little stress. I never felt like I was being being led down the wrong path. I bought the truck in September and wanted to wait some time to get used to it. I give Charlie the highest recommendation for any to use. He is someone I will do business with again. More

Car Shopping Can Be Fun! Because we love the service at this dealership (Keith Hopkins !!) we knew when the time came to replace our two cars that we would be shopping here... Because we love the service at this dealership (Keith Hopkins !!) we knew when the time came to replace our two cars that we would be shopping here.....last year we replaced our Pacifica with a 2014 Durango and this week, the 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee with a 2015 version! Charlie Wallace was our salesperson. He is great at making sure you are happy with your choice(s) and answers all of your questions....He is very accommodating and easy to work with. When we couldn't locate exactly what we wanted in equipment and color, Charlie said we could order it and it arrived at the dealership a few days ago, exactly as planned! We like dealing with a family business (Jeff Frederick manages this location) because that usually means great concern with customer satisfaction..... While you might get "a bit better" deal elsewhere, I don't think you will get the same reliable service and treatment we have come to expect from this dealership. More
Personable and Professional. We were greeted immediately and very cordially upon entering the dealership by Charlie Wallace. We already knew which make and model we were interested in so Charlie got us right into a vehicle to take a test drive. He provided lots of information about the vehicle and answered all of our questions during the drive. When we started the conversation about trade in and financing, Charlie was very knowleable about what was being offered, worked diligently to get us a good trade and provided 2 different financing options from which we could choose. He even came back with a lower interest rate after we had agreed on a deal. As we left the lot in our new Jeep, Charlie encouraged us to come back with any questions that might arise after driving for awhile or to get help with some of the high tech benefits that were part of the package. Charlie Wallace could not have been more accommodating or more helpful. Had previously leased (my first time) through Charlie and when it came time to either lease or buy, Charlie was my go-to guy. Decided to buy and Charlie went above and beyond to make this a great experience-in fact, he was very patient with me as I couldn't make up my mind!
