Service after the sale was the worst I have ever experienced Just after getting my truck home my wife noticed a small chip in the front windshield. I contacted the salesman right away. I was told that he didn't Just after getting my truck home my wife noticed a small chip in the front windshield. I contacted the salesman right away. I was told that he didn't see the chip therefore it must have happened on my ride home. I advised him that I would have noticed if something had hit the windshield on the way home with a new truck. The truck had some dust on it from sitting in the parking lot and it had been raining off and on. I needed to use the windshield wipers and washing fluid to clear the windshield before the test drive. The wipers do not travel over the chip so it was on the dirty part of the windshield, I believe this is why the salesman missed it. Before I left the truck was washed. The chip is on the far passenger side of the windshield and hard for the driver to see. My wife noticed it after the truck had been washed and the chip was now easier to see. I bought the truck on a Friday, the salesman advised me to bring it in on Monday so they could take a look at it. On Monday the sales manager lied to me and stated the truck had been inspected 3 days prior, that would have been Friday, when in fact it was a week prior. The truck was sent to three glass service centers all of whom stated the chip could not be fixed and the windshield needed to be replaced. I was advised that the dealership would not replace the windshield after the sale. They advised the best they could do is pay for half of the replacement. The truck sat on their lot for a week after being inspected, right next to a busy highway. There is a potential for rocks and other debris to fly off large vehicles into the parking lot. No one knows for sure how the chip got there but I know it didn't happen on the way home. No one would call me a liar to my face but that's how I felt. No one would say that sorry its your truck now, your problem, but that's the feeling I got. I also had to direct their attention to a very dirty air filter. I was told the truck had been serviced about 1,000 miles prior so they did not do a service on the truck at trade in. I find this lack of inspection of the truck troubling. I am now concerned what else may have been overlooked. If the truck had been serviced 1,000 miles ago and the recommended service is due every 8,000 miles I wonder why the filter was not changed at last service. Very displeased with the customer service and plan on letting all my friends and family know about my experience. More

Jeff Frederick and Charlie went of their way, to make sure my vehicle order was fast tracked. I took delivery on 4/4/15. The vehicle was ready and the process was efficient. I received a fair trade for my truck and got a good price on my new Chrysler 300C. I am a long time customer and have always received outstanding service. I would highly recommend Fred Frederick and Charlie Wallace. More

Including the test drive, I was in and out and in my new 2015 Jeep Cherokee Sport in under two hours which may be a record for me. horrible experience Where to begin, the whole process went smoothly at first, got approved for the loan and was told to come back in a few days to pick it up and finish p Where to begin, the whole process went smoothly at first, got approved for the loan and was told to come back in a few days to pick it up and finish paperwork. A few days after that car trouble begins. After all said problems and talking to owner he all but calls me a liar and says it must just be miscommunication. problem #1- it was made very clear i wanted a warranty. The warranty was explained to me and my family who drove us to look at the vehicle. Car trouble begins and i see there is no warranty. I assumed they switched the papers to get one over, but the owner assured nobody would and it was just a "miscommunication" because somehow the salesman thought i didnt want one. Problem #2- some months go by and still having trouble, finally decide to just go back to try and see what they say since they originally sold it. I call to make an appt and the service dept says its a $97 fee, which according to the owner nobody would tell me that because thats not what they do for diagnoses. Another "miscommunication" i suppose. Problem#3- drop my car off at said appt at 10am, i give them my keys and give them my number and tell them im going to walk instead of waiting and so i leave. Sitting with friends 3hrs go by so i call, i speak to the same person in service and she tells me that it wont be looked at til after lunch, i ask why because i have been waiting, she tells me a mechanic quit and they were behind. 5hrs go by and i talk to owner, and come to find out nobody quit, someone wrote i wasnt coming to pick up til 5, yet another "miscommunication" i suppose. I just wanted to make my experience known. For such a "great" dealership there sure seems to be some major "miscommunication" issues. Since talking about our experience it has become obvious there have been a great amount of people unhappy with this dealer that just dont come back or make their experience known and go elsewhere, i wish i knew about their experiences then before we got our vehicle and we would have gone elsewhere and saved the trouble of all the miscommunication that seems to go on. More
