I was only given 1 key when I purchased my 2021 vehicle and have left message after message for various people regarding the situation for over a year with no response. I arranged to get a car online and worked with Capresha Cunningham. Just minutes after I filled out the credit application she called me and said I qualified for the special Corolla lease at $189.00 per mo Cunningham. Just minutes after I filled out the credit application she called me and said I qualified for the special Corolla lease at $189.00 per month on the phone. I asked if I needed to pay a deposit since I would be flying in from Odessa 4 days later to pick up the car. She said no that the car would be there waiting for me. When I got to the dealership I was told that there were no more Corollas left and that I would have had to have paid a deposit for them to hold it for me. I spoke to the manager, Steve Crisp. He said there was nothing he could do to help me. Honestly, he didn’t even try. I asked him to get me a car from the other Haas Toyota Dealership and he said he couldn’t. He just looked at me and shrugged his shoulders. I agreed to look into the Camry lease that was going for $249.00 a month. I was then told that I didn’t qualify for the special lease that was being offered and my monthly price was more than doubled. I asked why Capresha called me and said I was approved for the special price. Nobody had an answer. What kind of a shady business is this??? More
