I am a returning customer. Bo Sierra is always very helpful and patient. I thought I knew what vehicle I wanted and while listening to my needs, considering the amount of driving I do, Bo suggested the Rav-4 hybrid. I was leaning more toward the grand Hylander but being as I am mostly driving alone, and driving long distances for work, I decided on the Rav-4 after going back and forth for about 3 hours! I could not be happier. It is still roomy enough for me and my family and I love the fuel efficiency. I appreciate Bo' s patience and knowledge when it came down to comparing the vehicles and their features. If you need a vehicle, you need to go see Bo Sierra at Fed Haas Toyota World.

Drove three hours from Austin to Houston for my husband to test drive his dream truck he has been researching for six months. We were in communication with this dealership about this specific truck for weeks. It was finally ready after a recall fix, texted that we were driving in. When we got there thats when they found out a deposit was put down on the truck THE NIGHT BEFORE. No message, call or email was sent to us before we made the three hour drive. Tried to get us a deal on a brand new truck but it was not worth it. Then told we were going to get a full tank of gas for the travel... waited for 30 minutes on that. Gas tank empty and a whole Saturday wasted.
