I arranged to get a car online and worked with Capresha Cunningham. Just minutes after I filled out the credit application she called me and said I qualified for the special Corolla lease at $189.00 per mo Cunningham. Just minutes after I filled out the credit application she called me and said I qualified for the special Corolla lease at $189.00 per month on the phone. I asked if I needed to pay a deposit since I would be flying in from Odessa 4 days later to pick up the car. She said no that the car would be there waiting for me. When I got to the dealership I was told that there were no more Corollas left and that I would have had to have paid a deposit for them to hold it for me. I spoke to the manager, Steve Crisp. He said there was nothing he could do to help me. Honestly, he didn’t even try. I asked him to get me a car from the other Haas Toyota Dealership and he said he couldn’t. He just looked at me and shrugged his shoulders. I agreed to look into the Camry lease that was going for $249.00 a month. I was then told that I didn’t qualify for the special lease that was being offered and my monthly price was more than doubled. I asked why Capresha called me and said I was approved for the special price. Nobody had an answer. What kind of a shady business is this??? More

I wanted you to know that she represents you dealership the way you want it to be represented. Getting your vehicle worked on is not always a pleasant or convenient situation, but Jan has made it so I feel very comfortable when I need to bring my vehicle in, whether it is for something as simple as an oil change, tire rotation, or something a little more serious where I need to leave the vehicle for a few days.. I wish i could have given 0! I was so excited to find my Cadillac on their website. Contacted the dealership and asked for the drive out price with no add on's. I also told them that I had my own financing Cadillac on their website. Contacted the dealership and asked for the drive out price with no add on's. After checking I realized that almost one thousand dollars over the internet sales price on their website had been added to my purchase order. Then I was told my a young lady that they check customers credit when they come into the dealership. I said, "Why, I have my own financing". Her reply, "That is just the way we do it around here". 2021 and we are still dealing with unscrupulous car dealers and sales people. Now I have to take my credit union loan and go somewhere else to buy a vehicle because I no longer trust this company. More
