Exceeded all expectations! I would like to start by saying that I was looking for a vehicle on a Saturday and we all know that Fred Haas Toyota World does not sell vehicle on Sa I would like to start by saying that I was looking for a vehicle on a Saturday and we all know that Fred Haas Toyota World does not sell vehicle on Saturdays, so I went to another dealership. At that dealership we were about to sign off on the deal. I had already chosen the vehicle and was just waiting to go to finance. I waited 4 hours to get to the finance employee. He was going over the contract and I noticed that the APR was a little high. I told him that I did not like the APR and if he could try to find me a better deal. He got mad and rushed out of his office to look for our salesman. We noticed that he was arguing with the salesman and that is when we decided to leave the dealership. The very next day (Sunday) we went to browse around at Fred Haas Toyota World. As soon as we arrived Javier welcomed us and offered assistance. I told him I what I was looking for and he went straight to work. He showed us a couple of vehicles and when we decided on one, he offered us a very good deal. I then went with Paul in Finance and was ready to sign the contract when I noticed that the APR was high. I thought I would go through the same experience as the day before but I am glad that was not the case. Paul told me that he could try to get me a better deal the next day and that he would call me once he found a good rate for me. I felt at ease knowing that they were working in my favor, trying to get me the best deal not just trying to sell a car. I asked Paul for an APR of around 10%. Well he was able to get me a 8% APR. I went in that day and signed the paper work. I am extremely satisfied with the customer service at Fred Haas Toyota World. Javier and Paul exceeded all expectations! More

When I decided, since my Camry was 11 years old, that I'd purchase a new one - - I went back to Fred Haas because they care about their customers - Ryan Bullock was outstanding in the Sales department. He was very personable, professional --- he found me the car I wanted, set up the paperwork, took me to Mike in Finance and I drove it off the lot the same day.......It was awesome. Fred Haas works FOR the customer and WITH the customer to make it a positive experience. The process was quick - couldn't ask for a nicer dealership to do business with. Carolyn M. More
