I told Lydia what I expected for my trade in and that I needed the 0% interest/0down/72month deal to make this happen. She delivered in less than 3 hours along with her financing associate , Jennifer Welch. No haggling or awkward pressuring just straight talk business. This in spite of the fact that unbeknownst to me, it turned out that the "low mileage"2012 Camry I bought in 2013 from Don McGill had been wrecked and repaired before I bought it! (very embarrassing) Lesson learned. Never mind the year or how low the mileage, "GET THE CAR FAX!! Regardless of this problem, Lydia was still able to make the numbers work for me. I am truly pleasantly surprised with my car purchasing experience @ Hass with Lydia and her team. They are all a valuable asset to that dealership! More

Outstanding service received. On 20 July 2016 I brought my "White 2008 Toyota Highlander" in for an oil change and to replace two burned out light bulbs. Stress and drama free pre owned car purchase. I found the pre owned car that I wanted to buy, "White 2008 Toyota Highlander" and called the dealership and was put in touch with AC Collins. Mr. Col I found the pre owned car that I wanted to buy, "White 2008 Toyota Highlander" and called the dealership and was put in touch with AC Collins. Mr. Collins answered any questions that I had, he also had the Carfax and recall list for the car that I wanted to look at ready for me when I arrived to perform a test drive. Mr. Collins has excellent customer service skills and was a pleasure to deal with. The car was clean and in good shape for the miles and years it had on it. The tires were either new or had very little wear on them. Over all I am very happy with my purchase and would recommend this dealership and AC Collins. More
