I was seriously considering buying a car here. The sales person that I dealt with made me change my mind. I didnt feel as if I was a valued customer. I felt like a sale that she wanted, but could take or le person that I dealt with made me change my mind. I didnt feel as if I was a valued customer. I felt like a sale that she wanted, but could take or leave. She lacked a friendly personality and overly abrassive and pushy in a way I did not like. As much as I loved the car, being treated as a valued customer played a big part in my decision to not purchase here. When you are buying a car, there are alot of dealerships and cars out there = lots of options. You want to feel like you actually matter and you are just not a commission check. I didnt feel that here, at least not with my sales person. I can find another dealership with good deals that make me feel like they want my business. Reading the comments, It seems as if plenty of people have had good customer service here. Unfortunately I didnt have the same experience. More

The moment I stepped out of my car Cedric was there to greet me. He made sure he new what type of vehicle I was looking for and got right to the financing so we where sure I was able to make a purchase. greet me.
