Hi Jesse- we totally understand why you'd be frustrated by your warranty repair not being completed on the first visit. Your windshield repair was more difficult than expected and required repair at our Collision Center. At first, we attempted to use a 3rd party to repair it, but were able to catch their faulty repair prior to returning the truck to you. You were in a complimentary rental, but unable to let us keep your vehicle an extra day or two to complete the repair properly, so it did take longer than it needed to for the repair to be completed to our satisfaction and to yours. We feel we did our best to accommodate you during this warranty repair, as we drove the rental vehicle to your house on two occasions so that you were not further inconvenienced. If you feel that is still not in acceptable condition, please contact your Service Advisor for next steps. Thank you.
