Service provided by Nate was excellent. He was kind and provided a rental car for an hour or so because I was there for 6.5 hours and needed to get to my daughter’s event. However, I am very frustrated wit provided a rental car for an hour or so because I was there for 6.5 hours and needed to get to my daughter’s event. However, I am very frustrated with the actual service of my car. I trusted that a Dealer would sell me a decent 3 year old car. I purchased this vehicle with under 30k miles on it from your store 14 months ago. I complained repeatedly about road noise when I brought it in for oil changes and I was told that they didn’t hear it. I’m not even sure it was checked. I had the tires replaced, tires rotated, and front brakes replaced in January and February. This summer the noise became unbearable and I was afraid to drive it. I had to change the wheel bearing. Then I had the rear brakes replaced. Now the front brakes stick, and occasionally squeak. Additionally, when I turn left, I sometimes here a noise from the front driver side tire. I have barely driven the car in the past few months so it is not from over use. I am extremely frustrated. There is no reason that a car with 39k miles on it should have these problems. Additionally, I am supposed to receive a free car wash with my service and that has never happened. More

Took my car for my first routine oil change. I just bought the car three months ago and it has less than 30K miles. The guy at the desk was very friendly and courteous. They got me out pretty quickly on my oil change. It was nice that I didn’t have to spend a couple hours there. Great service.
