Although I bought my previous vehicle there but not my current one, I choose to have my service done by Fred Martin. I was always pleased with their service department on my previous one, that is why I ch current one, I choose to have my service done by Fred Martin. I was always pleased with their service department on my previous one, that is why I chose to return to them. I was told that a part needed ordered and may take some time to get. When the part came in faster than expected the repair was done in a timely manner and they got my vehicle back to me. I had another issue that had an update that was required first, unfortunately that did not resolve the issue. I will be contacting them to see what the next step or option may be. I have full confidence they will do what is needed to remedy the situation. More
