Brittany was very nice. But I am not happy about the service on my Fiat. My steering wheel is still going to the right, when I make a real sharp turn to the left my car makes a squealing noise. If I could give 0 stars I would! Do NOT buy a used car from them. I bought my first ever as is car. Never again! They screwed me! Sold me a jeep with rusted out cross members! I called and tried to talk with Fred Martin. I got the sales manager and was asked what I expected when I bought an as is car with 140 thousand miles on it. No sorry, no offer to look into helping. This place is absolute trash and takes every penny that you have. I will never ever buy a vehicle from them ever again as they screw you over any chance they get. Luckily, I still kept in touch with a car salesman who use to work for them, but now works elsewhere, Paul Misch and he was able to get me out of the horrible situation that Fred Martin put me in. I purchased a 2015 Dodge Ram with 77,000 miles on it last year with 25% interest and a payment of $660 monthly (yes, you read that right). I was able to get a 2020 Ford F150 at another dealership and the interest is only 3% instead of 25% that I had on the Ram. Only 3,000 miles on it instead of 90,000 miles. $620 instead of $660, so a little less, but interest is key and all of my negative equity is gone. Fred Martin doesn't value their customers which is so pathetic and unprofessional. More

Bought 2019 Dodge Grand Caravan My wife and i arrived at the dealership at approximately 12:15pm. We were pared up with Mr. Bacon . He took our information ans started our our cred My wife and i arrived at the dealership at approximately 12:15pm. We were pared up with Mr. Bacon . He took our information ans started our our credit inquiry. He came back a few minutes later and said we looked at everything and you have 5 things in collections in voice that every one around could here. my wife and I looked at each other and then back at Mr, Bacon. I said that I have nothing in collections and I can prove it. He said I will check again and repeated the same information. I should him my Credit Karma and nothing was in collections. He said that is what t says. He is very rude and should not be a salesman. We were then turned over to Mr.Mike Trissel and that is when our day took a turn. Mr. Trissel found out that our information was put in wrong by the previous person. He changed everything and said there was no problem with our application to begin with. He was very dedicated to the sale of a vehicle and our needs of what we wanted. He was able to work the deal for a vehicle. Mr. Trissel needs commended for his great customer service.
