My brother had recently bought a new car here and rated the services included with buying from FMS, so I did preliminary research on their website for used cars in my range. The salesman, Joey, was helpful and straightforward and finance did a nice job explaining the warranties. From seeing a few cars to test driving to filling out the paperwork, the process was smooth and everyone was helpful. I think we were in for about 4-5 hours. Finance and paper work took about 1 - 1 1/2 hours, which was much faster than how it normally goes I was told by family. I get free oil changes for 2 years and free roadside assistance for 3 years. More

My 17yr old daughter bought a used car and we purchased the warranty with it. She didn’t have it for 12 hours & the check engine light came on. Took it back to the dealership & they said the power module h the warranty with it. She didn’t have it for 12 hours & the check engine light came on. Took it back to the dealership & they said the power module had gone bad on the vehicle & it would cost $3,000.00 for a new part or we could by a used part for $800.00. The warranty I bought didn’t cover this part. This dealership doesn’t care about the customers they only care about about selling you a car & making money. This is something I would have expected from a car lot on the corner, but not a dealership. I will never buy another vehicle from them or recommend them to anyone. More

Had my car at a different dealership 3x to correct and issue and it was not corrected. Fred Martin diagnosed the problem and had a game plan to fix it within two hours of my car being on site.
