It was a very pleasurable experience and not only would I do it again I would recommend all my friends and relatives to go to Fred Martin also. We researched our vehicle and talked to several other dealerships but were not treated as well as we are always treated at Fred Martin -we always end up back at Fred Martin because of the way we are treated and their service department is the best! Unorganzied/Confusion I recently purchased a 2016 Vehicle at this dealership about 3 weeks ago. At first the Salesman was helpful in getting my paperwork together and help I recently purchased a 2016 Vehicle at this dealership about 3 weeks ago. At first the Salesman was helpful in getting my paperwork together and help me purchase this beautiful car. Then a week into me owning this vehicle, I kept receiving calls and emails about the dealership needing paperwork that was already given to them at the time of purchase. The support staff kept losing mine and my co-signer's needed paperwork for the loan to be approved. I was driving back and forth with the salesman at least 2 days in a row because something kept coming up missing. This put me in a panic because I thought my car would be taken from me just like they taken it from someone else. Then when I thought everything has settled I get another call and this is week 3.The lender department today calls me asking for proof of a previous loan being up to date. I was assured 3 weeks ago that this dealership received this but they didn't follow up. This of course puts me in another panic. Overall the salesman was very nice but ill prepared and confused majority of the time and also confused me in the process. I suggest calling ahead of time and ask what is needed for the staff so that you don't have to drive back and forth and get multiple phone calls/emails throughout the day of paperwork being mishandled/lost. More
