Rob Zabel is the best salesman!! My husband and I went online late one evening and found the van we wanted from Fred Martin Superstore inventory and asked for someone to contact us. Next morning, I received a call from Rob Zabel with a price quote. He was very patient with me as I asked him for pricing scenarios with a trade, without a trade, buying vs leasing, etc. Decided to take my old van in to get appraised at 12:30 pm and drove my new van off the lot at 4:00 pm. Fastest car buying experience I have ever had. Before I drove the van off the lot, Rob reviewed all the van's options and even set up my Bluetooth phone for me. This was my fourth vehicle bought from Fred Martin Superstore in Barberton. Best service writer is Joe Zink. I work with him exclusively when I need service on my vehicles.
