In May of 2012 I took my 2010 Dodge Journey in for an oil change and for my steering wheel to be looked at as it was pealing after only owning it a year and a half. at that time pictures were taken and Chry change and for my steering wheel to be looked at as it was pealing after only owning it a year and a half. at that time pictures were taken and Chrysler approved for me to get a new steering wheel. In July I called to make another roil change and reported that the new steering wheel was also pealing. I picked up my car the next day and they had left may car keys on the passenger seat and my car was unlocked. They also said that an outside substance caused my steering wheel to peal and they declined to fix it the 2nd time. I will NEVER take my car here again or buy anything from Fred Martin again. More

Our experience with Fred Martin has been great. This is the second vehicle we have purchased from them, and both times our experiences were awesome. With my credit score, I never thought that I would be able to get a decent car. I went into the dealership hoping that I would be able to get something that will get me to and from work, but left the dea able to get a decent car. This all was thanks to Ty Davis. He did whatever he could to work with me and the in house financing bank, and afterall, he got me approved and sent me home with a great car. My cougar is morethen I could have ever asked for, especially with a low credit score. He is a great sales person, and not because he only wants to make a sale, but because he tries to do whatever he can to satisfy his customer's needs. I would deff. send my family members to him because I know that he will treat then with respect and be kind to them. :) More

Called dealer to see if they had the van we wanted, many were sold out of that model year, They said yes. We went their to purchase and couldn't even test drive it because, they let an employee use it as a were sold out of that model year, They said yes. We were not told they didn't have it onsite until after an hour and a half of negotiating for a car they didn't even have. Expect if you call to be told what ever it takes to get you there only to be left very unhappy More

I applied online for approval and was immediately responded to. I spoke with Cheryl and told her I was coming that evening after work. I also requested an E-quote for the vehicle and in fact received that as well. Dennis went to work and I purchased my vehicle at the price quoted through e-quote. He and others stayed till almost 11pm with me and I drove my new vehicle home that night.
