We had a very good experience & would recommend this dealer to everyone. My husband and I have had terrible credit in the past but were able to go in and get 2 vehicles (a car & mini van) with NO money dealer to everyone. My husband and I have had terrible credit in the past but were able to go in and get 2 vehicles (a car & mini van) with NO money down & NO trade in! The staff there is excellent! Very friendly. We had our small kids with us, which was about a 5-6 hour period, and they had an enclosed play area for them to run free equipped with a TV! It was a HUGE help! Snack machines with sandwiches, chips, water, pop, ect... I recommend not bringing kids but if you have to, they will be entertained while you are busy. A+ dealership! More

Mr Ty Davis is the ultimate proffessional. I felt that he cared about what we needed out of our vehicle. Our number one concern was the ability to have my wife and I and our 3 boys in a classy, safe, comfort cared about what we needed out of our vehicle. Mr Davis went through the vehicles and only offered us cars that fit our needs perfectly, as well as working hard on the financing. At one point he even used his cell phone to send me pictures of a vehicle they just received. The ultimate classy move was when he had someone else call me from the dealership just to let me know he was out of the office for a few minutes and he would call me when he got back.When people bad mouth car salesman they sure arent talking about Ty. I would without hesitation rate Fred Martin Superstore 5 stars! I had been looking for the exact car that I wanted for several months at a price that I wanted to pay. I live in PA and drove to OH to purch stars! I had been looking for the exact car that I wanted for several months at a price that I wanted to pay. I live in PA and drove to OH to purchase my car because it was a good $3,000 cheaper at Fred Martin. I began the process with Noah Troyer (I cannot say enough about how wonderful he was) - sales associate via email and he was absolutely wonderful! Responded quickly and was very informative. The whole deal was conducted via email so when I got to Fred Martin I just had to sign the papers and off I went! The car that I had purchased was a demo car and when I got home that night, I noticed a dent in my door, a scratch on the front bumper and that I was missing my floor mats. I called Noah immediately. He apologized for the oversight and scheduled a time, what was convenient for me to come back for the repairs. Everything was fixed in less than four hours and the car looks fantastic! The staff members that I worked with throughout this process (Noah Tyoyer - Sales, Dan Millat - New car sales, and Tony Sims - Service) could not have been more helpful. I was nervous about making this purchase out of state but Fred Martin made the whole process very simple and hassle free! Great dealership to work with even if you do not reside in Ohio. More
