I will never buy a car from Fred Martin ever again. I have bought many cars in my lifetime and buying from them was, by far, the worst experience I have ever had. They sold me a car with defects and th I have bought many cars in my lifetime and buying from them was, by far, the worst experience I have ever had. They sold me a car with defects and then didn’t offer any kind of help in repairing them. The stupid part is that they could have easily had a happy customer by doing something easy and inexpensive. Instead they refused it and if I can convince just one person to not buy a car there they will lose a lot more money than what I was asking for. My goal is to convince as many people to not buy there as possible. Thanks, Brett. You’re a terrible business person. More

Long story short… I bought my car about 18 months ago and it was a certified used vehicle. The buying process was great. I was very happy with the sales person Lonnie. Fast-forward to 18 months later about a it was a certified used vehicle. The buying process was great. I was very happy with the sales person Lonnie. Fast-forward to 18 months later about a month ago, my transmission went out. I took it back to the dealership paid for the diagnosis which was about $200. They told me my transmission was out with my certified warranty. I had to pay 25% of the cost, which was not bad at all. I got my car back and two days later the transmission went out again. I was furious. I had to have it towed back to the dealership. I was not happy at all. However, I am extremely pleased about the way Scott from the service department handled this. I was offered a brand new jeep compass as a loaner car at no charge while they diagnosed my car again. Today I got a call from Scott that my transmission was done and they did a few test drives on it to make sure that it was in drivable condition and that he was going to send it across the street for a VIP cleaning for my inconvenience.. I was so happy to hear this. It’s bad enough when your car has issues. Scott made this process so much easier. Thank you, Scott for taking care of this. More
I purchased a new Durango at Fred martin late 2025. This is the first time I’ve used their oil change service across the street from the dealership. I just wanted to say how impressed I was with their This is the first time I’ve used their oil change service across the street from the dealership. I just wanted to say how impressed I was with their professionalism, from the advisor to the techs. Especially appreciated how you could watch on a monitor the person draining the oil and installing a new filter and torquing the drain bolt. They walk you through the process step-by-step to make sure you saw and know everything that is being done. They even torqued the lug nuts when I had a wheel tire rotation done. The service there was outstanding. More

I very much appreciate the personally assigned service advisors and am impressed with the newer vehicle evaluation and quote formats (technician videos and pictures provided), along with the extensive final repair report that is included with the invoice. Got my truck towed in Wednesday had a flat tire no spare they were able to plug the tire and I got my truck back this afternoon.
