I give this dealership a 100/10 for customer service and satisfaction. I didn’t even buy my most recent vehicle from here, but they still didn’t disappoint. Taylor in the service department didn’t waste any satisfaction. I didn’t even buy my most recent vehicle from here, but they still didn’t disappoint. Taylor in the service department didn’t waste any time helping get my jeep wrangler in as soon as possible. He even went above and beyond to get things situated with my warranty coverage. He kept me posted along the way and the service technician that worked on my car even sent me a video introducing himself and going into detail about the issue with my jeep. I never had to call around once to find out when it would be ready. No matter what dealership you buy your car from, if you need repairs, I would strongly recommend Fred Martin Jeep Dodge and Ram. Their professionalism and sense of urgency is phenomenal. I only wish I had brought my Jeep from Fred Martin instead. Thank you so much Taylor and the master service technician Josh for making things easier, and making my jeep run like it should now. More

Rude! ! Scott in services asked me do I have enough money on my American Express to pay for the service that I received!! Which I found very unprofessional ! Scott in services asked me do I have enough money on my American Express to pay for the service that I received!! Which I found very unprofessional , there were other customers around!! He continuously asked me to do sunbit, when I have enough credit on my American Express to purchase just about any car on your lot” Brand New” and pay it in FULL on That credit card!!I felt he was definitely stereotyping and completely failed!! We are teaching our son responsibility and he had to pay half of the service fee for the vehicle so I did two transactions, one with my son debit card and the other with my American Express. It really doesn’t matter how it was going to be paid, Scott asking me. Do I have enough money on my card to pay for a service that I just received was absurd. My customer service experience was better with (Olivia the month prior to this incident when I needed to get some work done to our 2019 Chrysler 300 with only 36,000 miles ) 4th and oldest vehicle in MY driveway This is our third time purchasing a vehicle from Fred Martin and this is the most rude I have been treated!! You have definitely lost a loyal customer. More
