I went for a lube, oil, filter, and tire rotation. Communication was very poor. Drop my car off at 7:45 AM. It was expecting an update mid afternoon but ended up having to call and mechanic had not even looked at my car would cal Drop my car off at 7:45 AM. After I got off of work I went up there around 5:20pm same day and a mechanic came out and said did you drop off and I said correct he said when you drop off 2 to 3 day wait as if someone explained that to me when I dropped off early that morning.But they looked up my phone number in system after I told them I called multiple times an no one picked up and seen that the reason they hadn’t received my text messages/ phone calls because it was under another person‘s name but the guy I spoke to on the phone said he would call me back to give me an updated, but that never happened. They did keep my vehicle-another day and it was worked on early that next morning and done by noon that day. Just felt like the communication could’ve been better very frustrating. More

Outstanding support. Verizon pay expired after 45 days had to be re-issued cause a little bit of a hiccup, but not too much inconvenience. The only complaint I have with Fred Martin Superstore is their service department. When you call there, you get AI. You will not get a live person. If you want a live person, you get voicemail and have to w their service department. When you call there, you get AI. You will not get a live person. Why don’t they hire someone to just answer their calls, make appointments and handle questions. This is my second new car with them and probably my last, because of their service department. Besides that, when I arrived for my appointment , they were courteous and handled my recall issue quickly and efficiently. More

Well, we previously obtained services from a different dealer where our experience was not good at all, this dealer was very accommodating and worked with our third-party extended service contract.
