We've reviewed the situation and our advisor maintains that they never questioned the credit line on your American Express card, only that they provided information when asked about the SunBit payment plan. Hello, It is unfortunate that Scott was unprofessional when I picked my car up, but now he is a liar as well, when this incident occurred and I looked up at him, he definitely tried to fix his statement up and of course he would not tell you the truth about his statement. I have absolutely no reason to lie about what happened and take time out of my busy schedule to address this, I have absolutely nothing to gain from this, it was paid in full and all transactions where financially covered with NO PROBLEM on my END. However this incident left a nasty taste in my mouth about how SOME customers may be treated, It was the end of the day and it was busy maybe this was an bad day for Mr Scott.
