Got my truck towed in Wednesday had a flat tire no spare they were able to plug the tire and I got my truck back this afternoon. I give this dealership a 100/10 for customer service and satisfaction. I didn’t even buy my most recent vehicle from here, but they still didn’t disappoint. Taylor in the service department didn’t waste any satisfaction. I didn’t even buy my most recent vehicle from here, but they still didn’t disappoint. Taylor in the service department didn’t waste any time helping get my jeep wrangler in as soon as possible. He even went above and beyond to get things situated with my warranty coverage. He kept me posted along the way and the service technician that worked on my car even sent me a video introducing himself and going into detail about the issue with my jeep. I never had to call around once to find out when it would be ready. No matter what dealership you buy your car from, if you need repairs, I would strongly recommend Fred Martin Jeep Dodge and Ram. Their professionalism and sense of urgency is phenomenal. I only wish I had brought my Jeep from Fred Martin instead.
