Proud to say this dealership is where I do my business. Bought a car from them about 6yrs ago and was so happy with not only the car I bought but the respect I received as a "girl in a mans world" so to sp Bought a car from them about 6yrs ago and was so happy with not only the car I bought but the respect I received as a "girl in a mans world" so to speak. So I went back just recently not really even sure if I was in the market for a new car, I spoke with the salesman Mike K. and did your typical "girly" thing to do and did a lot of "hee-hawing" around. Not really sure I like what I thought I wanted so could not decide if I even wanted anything at all. Mike K did not give up on me and walked me thru all of my questions, talked about my hesitations and when I asked about durability and ratings and breakdowns he spoke to me just like I needed him too. Like a girl! He didnt talk to me like a car buff and expected me to know what a 1.3lt turbo was so he broke it down into terms a non car girl could understand. He did not have an over powering "sales pitch" that most salesmen have. He was so laid back and if he sold a car great and if not maybe the next one but still gave me his time. I ended up leaving with a car I never thought I would of bought. Because of Mike I stayed open minded when he suggested I take the Buick for a test drive. He knew exactly what I was looking for even when I did not know, and all because he listened and had patience with me. I had never had so much fun test driving a car before and I ended up buying it and getting it for a steal! Kevin who does the paperwork makes it entertaining and enjoyable with good conversation and humor. definitely not "stale" like most when your asked to sign and date on the lines. Service and parts added my hitch even tho it was a last min request and When I picked up my car the best part was the balloons that were attached for my new purchase . Like I said Im a girl lol so I loved it! Over all its my second purchase here 6 yrs apart and I was not disappointed either time and had 2 different salesmen. FYI: Fred Muellers also does financing thru a local credit union that will accept credit scores that may be less than perfect which was the case with my first purchase :) More

My Fiance and I stopped in to test drive a new Acadia. After viewing the ratings from this site, I called and made an appointment to talk to Ulises Ruiz. I made the introductions and mentioned that we are researching a few different vehicles and that this vehicle will be primarily driven by my fiance. That was all Uli needed to hear as he then really switched over to talking with my fiance and asking her questions about what she was looking for and answering any questions she had. He took us out and showed us around the vehicle, got my fiance all situated, tossed us the keys and told us to have fun! When we returned from the drive he was waiting to great us and get our impressions. After a quick rundown of how it went, he gave us his card and basically said "I know you probably have other things to do today so here's my card, call me anytime with questions or if you feel like this is the vehicle you would like to purchase." I seriously cannot describe how refreshing it is to have a car salesman 1) treat my fiance as an equal and not act like I'm the one who knows best what she wants and 2) not try to pressure us into buying the vehicle as soon as we walked back in the door from the test drive. Another thing that kind of rubs me the wrong way is when a salesman is over the top friendly and treats you like they are your best friend and have known you forever. Or gives you a nickname after knowing you for five seconds. Uli was professional but didn't do any of that. He didn't have to! Unfortunately the vehicle we drove is not at the top of our list to buy after driving a couple other vehicles, and I actually feel bad that I can't go back and buy a vehicle at Fred Mueller. I cannot recommend Ulises highly enough to anyone who is in the market for a GMC or Buick, and I hope one day I can go back and give him and the dealership my business. More
