When we got to the dealership, she encouraged us to take our time looking over the car and taking it out for a drive, then sat down to review the details of the purchase. Robin, the finance person, was quite helpful as well, explaining the necessary paperwork quickly yet thoroughly. Overall, it was the most comfortable car-buying process I have had.
