This was my first time to use Freedom. From the first conversation with Micah in service, I felt like I was part of the family. Customer service was great. I had a $5,400.00 problem under the hood of my car. The guys at the service desk gave me an estimated time and price. It was done on time and cheaper. It seams like allot but we was expecting to pay close to $1,200 because my warranty maxed out close to $4,000.
