Happy with my experience. My 21 year old son just purchased a 2014 Grand Cherokee Limited. It was such a nice experience! Mike Fratto was so patient and understanding. He was so laid back and relaxed during the text drive which was a nice long ride and he explained many details about the vehicle to my son during the ride. Mike was very calming and he was not pushy. He took time to explain to my son everything because this was his first purchase on his own. Mike made the whole experience really nice and went out of his way to make sure that all was well. I have to say that management at this dealership is excellent. Their service department is excellent since we brought our Jeep we purchased from them a few years back there many times and we don't live close by. Freehold Chrysler Jeep has a great selection and Mike Fratto is really a great salesman without making you feel any pressure. We will be seeing him again very soon for another Grand Cherokee too, our family's sixth one! More

We stopped by Freehold Chrysler Jeep and were met by Darrell Williams. He was very personable and gave us a lot of info on the Town & Country. He showed us a Blue pearl color. My wife like it immediately. W did some comparative shopping and were pleased with the price. We did not decide on purchasing or leasing. We decided to lease based upon the lease / purchase price Darrell worked out for us. We went back 3 days later. We also spoke with Mat and I showed him the card from Ford that I received in the mail for a $500 military rebate. They added that $500 to reduce the lease price. Very happy with the negotiations. No high pressure and very pleasant. The only issue we had was that it had to be off the lot that day as the rebate program ended that day. My wife was upset as she did not want to drive in all that traffic. (we had to drive the new car home as well as the car we arrived in.) NO PROBLEM. Darrell drove it home for us. Now that's really good customer service. Super service. I would highly recommend Darrell as a salesman to our friends and family if they would be buying or leasing a new car! Anita & Charles More

The process was super easy and he was very patient (since we had a toddler with us) in showing us the Town and Country. He was able to get us a nicer car than the one we originally looked at for a great price. We were very happy overall with Sean as well as the rest of the team that helped close the deal. They prepared the vehicle for us and we picked it up by the weekend. The finance process was quick and easy and we were in and out in under an hour. I would definitely recommend this dealership to people in the future. More
