Once the car is sold there is no customer service. I leased a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The dealership provided a tempo registration that expired. They are responsible for get my registration. After a month of waiting the dealership has not provided me with that registration. Nor have they provided me with any alternatives other than to wait. They have not done anything to speed up the process or provide me any alternatives, This dealership is very unprofessional. More

Purchase It was time for a new(er) vehicle for myself and my family. After shopping around at a few dealerships and ending up extremely disappointed in both s It was time for a new(er) vehicle for myself and my family. After shopping around at a few dealerships and ending up extremely disappointed in both selection and salesmanship, I ended up at Freehold Jeep Chrysler. Sean came to greet myself and my family, and took his time with us, even in the cold wind. He made sure all of my questions and concerns were answered and addressed. At first, I did not find a vehicle that I was happy with. Sean then told me about a vehicle that had just come in which was getting prepared to come to the lot. He offered to drive us over to it to see and test drive it back. Still indecisive, Sean offered me an extended test drive - I had the vehicle most of the day to test it out. By that evening, I had purchased it and drove it home. To make a long story short, the experience I had at Freehold Jeep with Sean and his manager was worth the drive it took to get there. Not too many dealerships have the same level of customer service as this one, nor the knowledge that salespeople like Sean possesses. More

Excellent customer service I went shopping for a new suv in hopes of getting a new one, but due to my lease that I still have 20 months left on payments I was unable to leave wi I went shopping for a new suv in hopes of getting a new one, but due to my lease that I still have 20 months left on payments I was unable to leave with a new one.
