Not your average car dealer! I've leased from Ford, Nissan, KIA, and Hyundai dealers in the past and none will ever compare to Freehold Jeep. I didn't think an honest salesman eve I've leased from Ford, Nissan, KIA, and Hyundai dealers in the past and none will ever compare to Freehold Jeep. I didn't think an honest salesman even existed. Typically it's a long grueling day at the dealer with relentless car salesmen and finance teams who make you feel like you'd rather ride a bicycle to work. In any event after six lease deals this was lucky number seven. Freehold Jeep is a rarity and my experience was a pleasant one. I leased the 2015 Grand Cherokee Altitude. My salesman was Nicky DeFilippis and he was amazing and honest. The first number he came to me with was very fair. He didn't highball me and try to play games. Nicky gave me a deal I was greatly satisfied with. The process wasnt grueling, it saved hours of senseless haggling back and forth and I didn't leave there feeling like the life was sucked out of me. I give this place 5 stars and other dealers should learn from them. Give the customer a fair deal without a headache and they will come back. Thanks Nicky D ? Laura D More

Lied To Purchased car and was concerned because they claimed it had 64K miles, even though their paperwork had discepancies showing 68K miles. Salesman Tommy Purchased car and was concerned because they claimed it had 64K miles, even though their paperwork had discepancies showing 68K miles. Salesman Tommy said he'll guarantee it's 64K ad it must be transposed wrong. Nobody could verify on car since they couldn't adjust dashboard to odometer setting and he was working on two customers. We had to sign odometer statement at 64K without seeing actual reading. Again we're told it's 64K and just transposed wrong. Since we didn't get a delivery and they couldn't find owners manual. Figured it at finally at home and saw it was 4K miles higher (not a good deal). If a favorable solution comes out, I'll give higher rating and consider this an isolated issue with bad salesperson.
