So my salesperson, Stephanie, showed me a 2015 Renegade Limited at the same price point. For my personal preferences, the extra options in the Limited easily compensated for the options that the Latitude had. I ended up buying a higher model Renegade for the same price! Stephanie was very easy to work with. She was the most thorough salesperson that I had ever worked with when it came to showing and explaining a car's features. The whole buying process was just around two hours, which included a nice long test drive. I would recommend the dealership and Stephanie to anyone looking to buy a Jeep.. More

I dread that time that I have to step onto a lot to scope out a new SUV and get hit with the pressure to sign papers before I am ready or even narrowed down the vehicle. Having had Jeeps in the past I decided to go back to Jeep but was unsure of vehicle. From my first call with Tiffany to working with Ali, to stopping in to get my mats and my GPS turned on, the experience was nothing less than top notch I am very picky about what I need, I only like certain colors, I want a decent ground clearance, 4x4....I could go on but I won't :) Ali was wonderful, took into account my crazy schedule and had things ready in advance. She understood what I wanted and put me in the vehicle I wanted with just the right amount of follow through and persistence but without pressure or stress. She was juat a pleasure to work with and this has truly been the easiest transaction. Tiffany followed up after my first visit and was wonderful as well. And the guys in parts l/service were great, they even carried my mats out and offered to put them in. The insurance guy and Christine who did the paperwork we wonderful. I would recommend Freehold Jeep in a heartbeat and won't think twice about going back when the time comes. Class act. More
