Bait and Switch! Avoid at all costs!! In the market for a 4 door, Jeep Wrangler Unlimited, I came across a new, 2015 Orange one on Freehold Jeep & Chrystler's site. I called and spoke to In the market for a 4 door, Jeep Wrangler Unlimited, I came across a new, 2015 Orange one on Freehold Jeep & Chrystler's site. I called and spoke to Sean in their sales department who told me they did indeed have the Jeep onsite and that I should ask for Harry. I live in Freehold, so it took me about 15 minutes to get there. When I got there, a female salesperson asked if she could help and I told her I needed to speak with Harry. She came back a few minutes later, saying that he was not available, but that she would help me after dealing with another customer. Before we got to that, she asked what I was looking for and I said the 4 door Orange Jeep. She said "Oh, I think that was sold". I said I need to speak with a manager immediately, because of what I was told by Sean. To make a long story short, they did not have the vehicle and the only response from the dim witted excuse of management there was "you should have put a deposit". Deposit??!! How in the xxxx would they expect me to do that? Not to mention the Jeep in question doesn't exist. In a nutshell, this dealership is the reason why some of the good dealerships get a bad name. They are total scam artists who will tell you anything just to get you in the door and then try to sell you what they have. In a word, this dealership "Sucks"! More
