We negotiated thereafter. We didn’t reach a deal initially, but Nana took our offers to his manager and worked with us. Ultimately we agreed on a price. He had everything ready when we came in to get it. The process was very efficient. Unfortunately the paperwork had an issue and as we are about 20 miles away, Nana brought it to us to finalize. Nana and his team were easy to work with and we never felt any pressure. More
