I preordered the new Genesis GV80 SUV back in June of 2020 with a different dealership closer to where I live. Due to COVID, there were a ton of delays on the car and the dealerships didn't start getting 2020 with a different dealership closer to where I live. It seemed like the specific trim/color I had ordered was going to take a long time to come, but I happened to call Freehold Hyundai and sure enough it was there! Debra was helpful at providing all the details on the car to make sure it was exactly what I was looking for. We drove nearly an hour and a half to get there, and from the second we walked in, it was a pleasant experience. We got to test drive the car right away and then got right to business. Matthew Carlin was not only great to work with, but he also has a great sense of humor and got us a good deal on our trade-in. The whole process was quick, easy and painless, which was appreciated since we had come a long way. The dealership owner, Cary Rose, also came over to chat with us and was very nice. And their AllState partner, Chris Catterson, ended up saving us a ton of money on our car insurance while staying with the exact same coverage. Overall, it was a great experience and driving home in that brand new GV80 was amazing! More
