Over a month ago, I purchased a brand new Ioniq from Alex R at Freehold Hyundai. Initially, she made this the most positive car buying experience I've ever had and I left a 5 star review here and several oth R at Freehold Hyundai. Initially, she made this the most positive car buying experience I've ever had and I left a 5 star review here and several other places. I will definitely recommend this dealership to family and friends in the future as a place to AVOID. The team here is ultimately UNREACHABLE and have not responded to multiple contact attempts over the last few weeks. I have been consistently lied to about the status of my paperwork, and now am panicking since my temp plates have expired and I am driving illegally with no registration or paperwork and thus no inspection sticker. This is the dealership's paid/contractual responsibility to take care of this paperwork, yet they are aware of my current situation and have been insensitive enough to blame this on "COVID delays". Funny since there was no delay in taking the payment for the vehicle. More
