Easy and friendly Arriving on the lot, with a Carfax sheet in hand, I (and my family) was/were met quickly by "Mac" a very knowledgeable, professional and personable Arriving on the lot, with a Carfax sheet in hand, I (and my family) was/were met quickly by "Mac" a very knowledgeable, professional and personable salesman. I was sure about the car I wanted but wanted also to compare it to others of the same style (Sonata) and in the same price range. Mac was extremely helpful on the test drive to show me features of the car and, on the lot, to point out the differences and similarities to other Sonatas. After a family vote to take the car we had originally planned on, Mac smoothed our way through the rest of the buying process, including insurance and financing arrangements. Before driving off the lot with my certified, pre-owned 2017 Sonata and having had a 2006 Sonata for 13 years, I was shown my way around my "new" car by a good-humored, very patient fellow named Keith. Everyone else I dealt with at the dealership was also friendly, helpful, and as efficient as the Saturday throng of customers would allow. All my questions were answered, and I received follow-up calls a day or so after the purchase from Mac and the manager of the dealership checking that all was fine. Which it was. More

My lease for my other car was coming up and I wanted another car. After shopping around and looking at various other brands, we decided Hyundai again. Not just because their cars but because of the service the dealership provides. I never once felt pressured or conned into buying a car I did not want or pushed to settle on another car due to stock availability. The entire time Emphraim at Hyundai showed us what he had and was willing to search specifically for what we wanted instead of saying we don't have it in inventory. Was patient as we tested several vehicles that day and especially during the difficulties when I was trying to get my credit temporarily unlocked for over an hour. Always a great experience at this dealership. More
