We went in just to look and walked out an hour and a half with a deal. We had to wait to take delivery for a couple of days as Mike had to find our exact vehicle from one of the partner dealerships. Mike was great to work with. This is a very busy dealership. We went to pick up the car and finalize the finance paperwork at the end of the month on a holiday weekend. It took hours as we had to wait our turn, however the insurance rep, Finance Manager Audriena was pleasant, helpful and very knowledgeable. This is our first lease experience. She answered all our questions even though she was very busy. The young tech-assistant- Sir was a pleasure. He helped us set up the remote start app and showed us how to us it. I would definitely recommend Freehold Hyundai. However, I would think twice about purchasing/leasing a vehicle from them at the end of the month and/or a holiday weekend as they are extremely busy and the administrative process to complete the purchase took a long time. Other than that a good buying experience! More
