Our salesman, Kumar Halan, was well versed with our vehicle and gave a thorough review of its features. He worked to get us our desired deal a sale. This is our second purchase from Freehold Hyundai and comfortably will direct friends and family to this dealership. The fact is we have two closer dealerships that we initially visited on our first Hyundai purchase , those two didn't meet our needs monetarily nor did we like they're sales presentation. Professional Results-Oriented Experience! I am not new to Hyundai so this time I came to the Freehold dealership to trade in my current leased 2016 Sonata for a new leased vehicle. I was not I am not new to Hyundai so this time I came to the Freehold dealership to trade in my current leased 2016 Sonata for a new leased vehicle. I was not exactly sure which model would best fit my current needs. Sales representative Matthew Carlin was extremely instrumental in helping me figure that out. He listened well and was quite knowledgeable, providing me with comparative information about Sonata and various Elantra model options. He was also tech savvy (unlike me), patient (when reviewing tech related issues) and funny (he does impressions of famous people, political figures and even Hyundai staff, hilarious!) Ultimately, I chose the 2020 Elantra Value Edition. Although I had owned an Elantra years ago, this new model with its upgraded safety features (e.g.: lane-keeping assistance, forward collision warning etc.,) and technical convenience options (e.g.: Android Auto 7 inch display, Blue Link Service x 3 years, to name a few), were impressive. Also, for a relatively smaller car, this Elantra is very comfortable with heated front seats!! I think this car is an excellent value for the price. During this process, Cary Rose, (Executive Manager) was also involved in assuring a smooth transition. He genuinely connects with customers, is straight forward and reached a price point that was fair. Overall, I am so glad that Matt was there to help me choose the best car for me and for providing a professional, yet fun experience in the process. He has also stayed in touch after my purchase to make sure that everything is okay. I would highly recommend him to assist any potential buyers who visit the Freehold Hyundai dealership! I will continue to purchase and visit the Freehold Hyundai dealership for servicing. More
