After a quick test drive, we sat down to negotiate price. We had reached a deal in about 25 minutes, when we asked about changing the color of the car. The dealership did not have the blue car we wanted, but the promised to find one. On Wednesday we picked up my son's dream car. The process was flawless. No further haggling, no gimmicks, no wasted time. We went in, saw the car, and signed the papers. Everything was as agreed upon on the prior Saturday. The longest time was spent getting all if the blue Link and Bluetooth options set up for my son's car. This is the third car we've purchased from this dealership in the past 18 months, and we will continue to be a loyal customer for years to come. More
