We also worked with Audriena DePalma in Finance, she assisted us in selecting all the extras we wanted to add to the account (ie GAP insurance and extended warranty). She was very genuine and helpful, and made the purchasing process very easy and understandable. The Tucson Ultimate is a great SUV with alot of features, and Mike, who was our Delivery Specialist, was super helpful and took his time explaining everything to us! He made sure we understood the features and how to set preferences. Overall, what could have been an overwhelming experience - wasn't.
