A special thank you to Matt Carlin, Cary Rose, Audriena Depalma, and Sirtura T. Hornsby for exemplifying that my previous experience with another Hyundai dealership, which left me refusing to ever drive another Hyundai again (after having been a loyal customer for 10 years), was not a true representation of the Hyundai/Genesis brands, but rather a representation of individuals who do not put their customers first. From the second you walk into Freehold Hyundai, you are treated with the utmost respect. In all my years of leasing cars, I have never encountered a more genuine, truthful, and caring sales and management team who truly put your best interests first. I came in on Saturday believing there was no way out of my current situation and left with a brand new 2019 Genesis G70 thanks to an amazing group of professionals who took the time to listen.
